Active Acne (Pimples)

What is active acne?

Active acne is an inflammatory skin disease that affects over 80% of people, with teenagers being the most affected. It usually appears on the face, chest, back, and neck.

If left uncontrolled, it can result in permanent skin damage, which is known as acne scarring. Acne occurrences will recur every 4 to 5 years, and about 30% of acne sufferers continue to have problems into adulthood.

What are the methods for controlling Active Acne?

Acne can be handled using a range of strategies, some of which are more efficient than others. The following are the ones we recommend:

  1. NLite-V
  2. Skincare products by specialists
  3. Peeling of the skin
  4. Microdermabrasion

Antibiotics, which are prescribed by our dermatologist, are used to treat active acne. Many of our patients have discovered that antibiotics have been successful in the treatment of their acne, and they have encountered no side effects. Our treatment options are  suitable for all age groups.
